The Macintosh II is a personal computer designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple Computer from March 1987 to January 1990. Based on the Motorola 68020 32-bit CPU, it is the first Macintosh supporting color graphics. When introduced, a basic system with monitor and 20 MB hard drive cost US$5,498 (equivalent to $12,373 in 2019). With a 13-inch color monitor and 8-bit display card the price. Right now for windows we are targeting a middle i5 from the 2013-15 around 8 Gb of ram memory, a middle-low tier dedicated hardware graphic cards from 2014-2016, with all the drivers up to date. For mac maybe a 2-3 years old Mac should work fine. We keep working on the game, so this probably change.

Each contains the full Ren'Py software development kit, with everything needed to develop Ren'Py games for Windows XP and up, Mac OS X 10.6 and up, and Linux x86/x8664. The development environment contains the files needed to produce games for all three platforms, the Ren'Py tutorial, and 'The Question', an example game. You can use it on OS X 10.11 and onwards. Is there a better alternative? Yes, Snagit is filled with a lot of features that eclipse anything offered by this program. However, there is a significant price tag. Monosnap has some exciting additions, but it doesn’t have anything special to beat Skitch.

I’ve added a new section to this site, called Support for now for lack of a better term. That will be where I put some troubleshooting and technical stuff for people who are having problems or want to avoid problems. So far I’ve added the aforementioned macOS install notes, a half-finished page on UWP installs, and a listing of save/data paths for most of my games.
